Pranav was born in India and is currently studying Computer Networks Engineering with a minor in Computer Science and Business at San Jose State University. He hopes to eventually become a Cybersecurity Manager, Security Consultant, Project Manager or Business Analyst. He hopes to eventually make the internet a safer place for everyone!

Nidhi is from Cupertino, CA and is currently studying Business with a concentration in Analytics at UC Riverside for the broad flexibility of pinpointing her career in the future. Currently, after graduating, she hopes to pursue Law school, a MBA, or a joint degree!

Joanne is from the Bay Area, CA and is currently studying Communications at UC San Diego. With this major, she plans to pursue a career in Marketing. She has always been a people-person and hopes to have a career that involves a lot of face-to-face interactions!

Blu is from San Diego, CA and is currently studying Graphic Design at Art Center. She is currently following her father's footsteps by pursuing a career in Graphic Design. Eventually, she hopes to open her own design agency or a company such as Adobe!

Samai is from Folsom, CA and is currently studying Business Administration at Folsom Lake College. Next year, he hopes to transfer to UCLA. His major lets him to keep his options open for what to specialize in for Business. Hoping to have done a lot of trial-and-error before eventually achieving his dream to create his own successful business!

Jennifer is from Orange County, CA and graduated recently from CSU Cal Poly Pomona. She studied Business Administration with an emphasis in Computer Information Systems. Currently, other than being in the Business field, she is still unsure about her career path. She hopes to eventually find a career she genuinely enjoys!

Maria is from Brazil and is currently studying at Front Range Community College studying Computer Science, hoping to transfer to Colorado State University. She enjoys computer science because she loves to build and problem solve. Eventually she wants to use her expertise to help others and give back to her community in Brazil!

Izzy is from Brighton, CO and is studying Communications, Spanish and Sports, Stage and Music Production at Colorado State University. After graduating, she hopes to attend graduate school. She is very passionate about the power of media and work in the non-profit and production industries!

Aloukika was born in India and moved to Colorado in 2015. She is currently a freshman at the University of Colorado Boulder studying Business. She has always wanted to create something of her own that will help benefit people and create change in the community which is why she chose to pursue this path of study. After graduation, she hopes to work with a company that allows her to grow her technical skills!

Alessandra was born and raised in Holguin, Cuba. In 2023, she moved to the United States! She is currently in her first year of community college at San Diego Mesa College, where she is studying Marine Biology. She loves nature, and the ocean has always held a special place in her heart. After graduation, she aspires to work in environmental conservation, leveraging her Marine Biology degree to contribute to sustainable practices and the protection of marine ecosystems!

Catherine grew up in Longmont, Colorado. She is currently a senior studying Computer Science at the University of Colorado Boulder. She couldn’t commit to one single career path, and felt this degree could open doors in any industry that she chose to pursue. When she graduates, Catherine hopes to pursue graduate school or start her own business!

Iryna grew up in Arizona. She is currently studying Mathematics and Economics at the University of California Los Angeles. She is fascinated by Economics and decision making, and the mathematical focus of the major was especially appealing to her. After graduation, she hopes to go become a technical project manager and later on pursue an MBA or other graduate schooling options!

Jason grew up in San Diego, California. He graduated with a degree in General Biology but is currently pursuing a secondary Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science. He hopes to go into Bioinformatics, Data Analysis, or another technology-related job!

Nestor grew up in Long Beach, California. He is currently engaging in independent study in Project Management. Nestor is studying this because he would like to change the direction of his career. His goal is to find a project manager or coordinator job in the near future!

Vivian was born in Vietnam and moved to San Diego when she was young. She is currently a first year student at Skaggs School of Pharmacy at the University of California San Diego. Vivian has always been curious about medicine and felt inspired to pursue something within the field. When she started school, she found that her pharmaceutical passions were in Oncology, Infectious Disease, and Managed Care. Vivian wants to pursue either a fellowship or residency after graduation!

Ruby grew up in San Diego, California. She is currently studying Studio Arts at San Diego Mesa College. After finishing her second year at San Diego Mesa, Ruby hopes to transfer to San Diego State University to study Multimedia. She chose to pursue this major because she loves art. After graduation, Ruby hopes to become an art director!

Oleksandr grew up in a small city in Ukraine called Chernivtsi. He is currently in his first year of study at San Diego Mesa College pursuing a degree in Neuroscience and Psychology. It has always been a passion of his to pursue science and research especially when it comes to the human brain. After graduation, Oleksandr would like to get involved in Neuroscience research as well as become a therapist!

Gavin grew up in Orange County, California, where he found himself enjoying the weather and the beach. He is currently a freshman at Colorado Christian University and plans to graduate in just three years! He is studying both Finance and Business Administration because he can use both these degrees for a wide variety of jobs. He hopes to pursue a career as a financial advisor after graduation!

Teagan grew up in the northern suburbs of Chicago. She is currently a senior at the University of San Diego studying Business Administration and Management. Her interest in leading peers and finding new ways to effectively manage inspired her to choose this major. After Teagan graduates, she hopes to work as an analyst, project manager, or consultant in the field of Finance!

Vitoria grew up in Brazil and moved to the US in 2021. She is currently a senior at North Carolina State University where she is studying International Business. She chose to study this because she is fascinated by the dynamic interplay between cultures, economies, and markets on a global scale. This field also offers her a unique opportunity to develop a deep understanding of how businesses navigate the complexities of international trade. After graduation, Vitoria wants to become a Global Integration Project Manager, which will entail overseeing intricate cross-border initiatives that create diverse teams and resources worldwide!

Tyra was born and raised in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. She recently graduated from Strayer University in Washington DC, where she earned her degree in Business Administration. Tyra chose to study this because business is such a broad field and that gives her the opportunity to work in a multitude of industries. Her future plans are to attain a Master’s degree in Information Technology and work as a project manager in the meantime!

Ramanpreet grew up in Sacramento, California. She completed two years of education at American River College, and is now looking to transfer to Sacramento State University. Ramanpreet is studying Business Administration with a minor in Management Information Systems. After she graduated with her degree, she will continue to pursue higher education!

Nekha grew up in Atlanta, Georgia. She is in her senior year at Georgia Tech. Nekha is studying Business Administration with a concentration in IT Management because she really loves learning about the various aspects of business, and wants to be able to explore a variety of industries. After she graduates, she wants to work in Data Analysis or Project Management. Nekha has also been looking into UX Design since it is something she has been interested in for awhile!

Monica was born in San Diego, California, with her family having roots in Chilapa, Mexico. She is studying Child Development and Associate Teaching at San Diego Mesa College, and will graduate in 2025. Monica chose to pursue this degree because of previously working with migrant children and learning so much from that role. After she graduates, Monica wants to teach bilingual children!

Neha was born and raised in the United Arab Emirates, but now lives in California. She is currently a sophomore attending Crafton Hills College. Neha is double majoring in Global Studies and Art. She decided to pursue Global Studies because of the focus on how different aspects of the world impact us for better and worse. She also decided to pursue Art because of a long-lasting passion for it, and loves being creative. After graduation, Neha would love to pursue a graduate degree and possibly law school!

Mia was born and raised in Encinitas, California. She is currently a senior at the University of Southern California studying Political Economy. She chose to pursue this degree because it is a good foundation for law school. After Mia graduates, she hopes to pursue further education, either through law school or getting an MBA!

Kayla grew up in Helena, Montana. She currently attends San Diego Mesa College, where she is studying Neurodiagnostic Technology. She chose to pursue this degree because of an interest in the healthcare field and the desire to have a career where she could help people. After graduation, Kayla hopes to work in a healthcare setting. She also wants to continue her education by obtaining a Bachelor’s degree!

Katie grew up in Lafayette, Colorado. She is currently a senior at the University of Colorado Boulder studying Environmental Science, Evolutionary Biology, and Ecology. She chose to study this because while taking AP Environmental Science, she fell in love with the subject. After graduation, she hopes to work in a collaborative environment where she can complete hands-on work pertaining to the environment and science!

Jadyn grew up in Denver, Colorado. She is currently a junior at Colorado Christian University studying Business Administration with a minor in Finance. She chose to pursue this educational path because she knew she could apply it to a variety of careers. After graduation, Jadyn wants to work in Personal Finance!

Hung was born and raised in sunny San Diego! The diverse local cuisine in and around San Diego has given him a sense of community and allowed the exploration of various cultures. Hung is currently a senior studying Health Information Management at San Diego Mesa College. He chose this field in order to pursue a career path where he would help individuals navigate the difficult healthcare system. After graduation, Hung is interested in pursuing a Master’s degree to improve and personalize his previous education!

Gabby grew up in the North Bay area in California. She is currently a senior at the University of Colorado Boulder, where she is studying Psychology with a minor in Business. Gabby chose this educational path because of her interest in human behavior and helping others. Once she graduates, she hopes to pursue an advanced degree in Psychology but intends to take a year off to work in industry!

Cassandra grew up in San Diego, California. She is currently a junior studying English at San Diego Mesa College. She chose to study English due to an interest in gaining insight into the cinematography industry. Cassandra feels that her area of study will allow her to have a grasp on storytelling - a vital skill for entering the film industry. After graduation, Cassandra wants to attend law school!

Robin grew up in the foothills of the Sierra Nevada in California. They are a first year graduate student studying Urban and Regional Planning at the College of Architecture and Planning at the University of Colorado Denver. Robin wants to build on their professional experience in sustainability and affordable housing to help communities achieve a sustainable, just, and resilient future. They want to pursue work in the planning field after they graduate, ideally with elements of urban design, affordable housing, community advocacy, and sustainability! For their community engagement project, Robin is partnered with Sajni.

Lillian grew up in Frederick, Maryland. She graduated from McDaniel College in May of 2022 with a degree in Middle Eastern Studies and Arabic because she has always had a fascination with language and culture. Lillian is planning to pursue a career in Emergency Medicine Services! For her community engagement project, Lillian is partnered with Agazeet.

Isabel grew up in DeWitt, Michigan. She is a student in her third year at Ferris State University studying Marketing and Sales. Isabel chose to study Marketing and Sales because there are so many opportunities to work within different fields after pursuing this major. After graduation, Isabel hopes to get a job in digital marketing with a marketing firm! For her community engagement project, Isabel is working independently!

Nicholas grew up in the San Gabriel Valley in Southern California. He really loved the diverse environment that SGV provided, and felt that this allowed him the freedom to be himself without much pressure to fit in. He is a third year student at Dickinson College studying Political Science. He is also taking business courses to aid in his career goals. After graduating Nicholas hopes to work in the finance field, specifically in private wealth management and consumer banking! For his community engagement project, Nicholas is partnered with Diya.

Phillip grew up outside of Seattle, Washington. He is a first year student at Colorado State University studying International Business, Management, and Innovation. Phillip wants to use his studies as a way to improve his soft skills and learn how to work with people and solve complex problems. He hopes to use his education to help build start-ups from the ground up, or start his own company! For his community engagement project, Phillip is partnered with Bu.

Marek grew up in Las Vegas, and is now a fourth year student at San Diego State University studying Management. He chose to study this because he wants to pursue a career related to leadership. After Marek graduates, he hopes to work for a year in Spain in hospitality management, and then pursue his Master’s degree at the University of Barcelona! For his community engagement project, Marek is partnered with Oscar.

Oscar was born in Shenzhen, China and moved to the US when he was very young. He spent a majority of his childhood in San Diego. Oscar graduated in May of 2022 from the University of California San Diego with degrees in Human Biology and Social Psychology. He chose these majors because he enjoys taking a scientific and evidence-based approach to exercise. His current professional goals are to gain leadership experience, have a positive impact on his community, and develop meaningful relationships! For his community engagement project, Oscar is partnered with Marek.

Bu was born in Thailand, and moved to Greeley, Colorado in 2009, where she spent most of her childhood. Bu is a fourth year student at the University of Northern Colorado studying Business with an emphasis in Computer Information Systems. After she graduates, Bu hopes to work in an entry-level position as a Project Manager! For her community engagement project, Bu is partnered with Phillip.

Sajni grew up in Washington DC, and now is a fourth year student at Northeastern University. She is studying Finance because her parents run a family business and she is extremely interested in entrepreneurship. After she graduates, Sajni hopes to pursue an MBA! For her community engagement project, Sajni is partnered with Robin.

Diya grew up in Boulder, Colorado. She is a third year student at the University of Colorado Boulder studying Computer Science. She chose to pursue this degree because she loves puzzle solving and storytelling. Diya is also passionate about Data Science, and her major has also allowed her to explore this field of interest. After graduation, she wants to work in industry for a couple of years, and then go back to school to pursue a Master’s in Data Science! For her community engagement project, Diya is partnered with Nicholas.

Agazeet was born and grew up partly in Antioch, California and spent the rest of their childhood in Lawrenceville, Georgia. They are a senior at Kennesaw State University, where they are studying Anthropology and GIS. Agazeet chose to pursue this field because of their interest in people and how we function in society. After they graduate, Agazeet wants to pursue a career in Project Management while working on grants to continue their Anthropological research. They also want to go back to school and enter a PhD/JD program! For their community engagement project, Agazeet is partnered with Lillian.

Urvi grew up in Woodbridge, Virginia and is now a second year Master’s student at Rutgers University Camden. She is studying Public Affairs and Community Development. This program equips her with research skills, engagement tools, and theoretical foundations needed for her to play a part in positively impacting US policy to achieve a racially, economically, and socially just society. Urvi intends to work with a social policy and justice-focused think tank after graduation from her Master’s program! For her community engagement project, Urvi is partnered with Corey and Tyler.

Corey grew up in Stone Mountain, Georgia, and is currently a second year Master’s student at the University of Central Florida. He is studying Industrial/Organizational Psychology. After completing his Master’s program, he hopes to work in some capacity with the occupational health and safety or public health fields! For his community engagement project, Corey is partnered with Urvi and Tyler.

Tyler grew up in California and is now in his senior year at Yonsei University in South Korea! He is majoring in International Studies with a minor in Economics. He chose to study these topics because he has always been interested in diplomacy and international security. After graduation, Tyler wants to pursue a Master’s in International Security and Foreign Policy, and would also like to work as a defense analyst! For his community engagement project, Tyler is partnered with Urvi and Corey.

Vance grew up on a sheep farm in Ohio before moving to Colorado where they have been ever since! They are a senior at the University of Northern Colorado studying Anthropology with a minor in Sociology. Vance hopes to pursue a graduate degree in either Sociology or Library Sciences in the near future! For their community engagement project, Vance is partnered with Genevieve.

Genevieve grew up in New York City and now attends Union College in New York! She is a junior majoring in Environmental Policy with a double minor in Economics and Classics. She is considering a career in urban planning to find solutions to combat environmental racism. For her community engagement project, Genevieve is partnered with Vance.

Lizzie is a first year Master’s student at the University of Pittsburgh studying Social Work. She has always been a curious person and finds studying the trends and patterns in human behavior fascinating. Her long term goal is to work with kids in the mental health field, and wants to eventually open her own practice! For her community engagement project, Lizzie is partnered with Daphne.

Hannah grew up in Colorado Spring and has lived there for most of her life! She is currently attending the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs and is studying Innovation and Business Management. Hannah is currently completing her certified associate project manager certificate so that she can work as a project manager in the technology or consulting area before getting a Master’s degree! For her community engagement project, Hannah is partnered with Jasmine.

Daphne grew up in Kerrville, Texas. She is currently a sophomore at the University of Colorado at Boulder studying Political Science and Global Business. She chose to study this because of her interest in business law. After graduation, she hopes to attend law school! For her community engagement project, Daphne is partnered with Lizzie.

Jasmine is pursuing her Master’s in Forensic Psychology. She studied Criminology and Psychological Science as an undergrad, and was fascinated with the intersection of the two topics, so chose to pursue a combination of the two for grad school. Jasmine hopes to become either a crime victim advocate or a crime prevention educator! For her community engagement project, Jasmine is partnered with Hannah.

Julia grew up in Denver, Colorado. She is a sophomore at the University of Colorado Boulder studying business management with an emphasis in human resource management! She chose to study this because she is greatly interested in the innerworkings of running businesses and has a passion for connecting with people. After graduation, she plans to move to the East Coast and pursue a career in human resources. For her community engagement project, Julia was partnered with Kasim.

Kasim grew up in Conifer, Colorado. He is a senior at the University of Colorado Boulder, where he studies international affairs with a minor in leadership studies and business. He chose to study this because he has a passion for solving issues at the international level and half of his family lives abroad. After graduation, he plans to attend law school. For his community engagement project, Kasim was partnered with Julia.

Christina is originally from Palm Harbor, Florida. She is a junior at Florida State University where she is studying public health and psychology. She is passionate about wellness, mental health, and health overall and hopes to make a difference in the healthcare field one day. After graduation, she plans to pursue a masters degree! For her community engagement project, Christina was partnered with Jake.

Jake was born and raised in Colorado. He is a senior at Metropolitan State University Denver, where he studies business management. He chose to study business because it has endless applications in the working world and he wants to develop the skills necessary to manage his own business one day. After graduation he wants to work in a company that has a focus in sports, technology, or finance! For his community engagement project, Jake was partnered with Christina.

Taylor was born in Denver, Colorado, but spent a large part of her childhood in Brazil! She is a junior at the University of Colorado Boulder, studying philosophy with a concentration in law and society. After graduation, she will be attending law school. For her community engagement project, Taylor was partnered with Trip and Emma J.

Molly grew up outside of Atlanta, Georgia. She is currently a senior at Clayton State University where she is studying business management. She chose to study this because she has spent the last 10 years in the workforce, seven of those in management. After graduation, she will continue pursuing her career in the business world, but may one day attend law school. For her community engagement project, Molly was partnered with Brianna.

Brianna is originally from Brooklyn, New York. She is currently a senior studying religious studies and sociology at Wake Forest University in North Carolina. After graduation, Brianna will be working with Fidelity Investments as a rotational associate! She is also interested in pursuing a graduate degree in public policy or business. For her community engagement project, Brianna was partnered with Molly.

Weston is a Colorado native. He grew up in Denver, but he now attends the University of Colorado Boulder. Weston is a freshman studying open-option business. He is leaning towards an emphasis in entrepreneurship and finance. After graduation, Weston hopes to pursue his dream of starting his own business. For his community engagement project, Weston was partnered with Jack.

Reayah moved around a lot as a kid, but spent the most of her time in rural Canada. She is a freshman at Colorado Christian University studying biology and hopes to expand into forensic sciences. She is considering getting a graduate degree after she has finished her undergraduate studies! For her community engagement project, Reayah was partnered with Ruth.

Emma is from Hampstead, New Hampshire. She is a freshman at the University of Colorado Boulder. She is currently an undecided major, but is leaning towards a humanities major with a minor in Spanish. After graduation, she hopes to work with people who have special needs in some capacity! For her community engagement project, Emma was partnered with Trip and Taylor.

Jack grew up in Superior, Colorado. He is a freshman at the University of Colorado Boulder studying finance and information management. After graduation, he hopes to pursue a career in management consulting! For his community engagement project, Jack was partnered with Weston.

Trip is a Colorado native, who grew up in Greeley. Trip attends the University of Northern Colorado, where they study environmental studies with an emphasis in conservation. Trip hopes to become a park ranger or a wildland firefighter after graduation! For their community engagement project, Trip was partnered with Taylor and Emma.

Ruth grew up in Washington state. She is a senior at Colorado Christian University studying music education, which is her passion! She is currently student teaching in Ohio. After graduation she is excited to continue working with kids and educating them through music! For her community engagement project, Ruth was partnered with Reayah!

Originally from Avon, Colorado, Emma is earning their BS in Biology and Sociology from Union College in New York. Emma is also working towards an MBA in Health Care Management from Clarkson University. Emma hopes to pursue a career in art therapy or assisting diverse youth populations. For their community engagement project, Emma was partnered with Lauren.

Ornella is from Kampala, Uganda. She currently is studying Political Science with a minor in Leadership Studies at the University of Colorado Boulder. She also works for CU Boulder’s Cultural Events Board and is an RA. For her c project, Ornella was partnered with Angela.

Sara is a Boulder native and University of Colorado Boulder student. She is currently earning her BS in Mechanical Engineering. For her community engagement project, Sara was partnered with McKenzie.

McKenzie is a native of Colorado Springs, Colorado, but earned her BA in neuroscience and teaching studies from Bowdoin College in Maine. After teaching at an international boarding school in Oahu, she returned to Colorado to pursue an MA in Speech Language Pathology at the University of Colorado Boulder. For her community engagement project, McKenzie was partnered with Sara.

Amery was born and raised in Colorado, and has studied at Aims Community College, the University of Colorado Boulder, and the Rocky Mountain College of Art and Design. They currently are working on art-based commissions to pay for college, and hopes to work in animation in the future. For their community engagement project, Amery partnered with Kenzie!

Angela was born and raised in Colorado Springs, Colorado. She currently is earning her undergraduate degree in Political science at the University of Colorado Boulder, with minors in Spanish and Leadership Studies. She plans to further her education by attending law school. For her community engagement project, Angela partnered with Ornella.

Mackenzie is from Dover, Arkansas. She is currently a student at Arkansas Tech University, where she studies creative writing. For her community engagement project, Kenzie partnered with Amery!

Lauren is originally from Naples, Florida. She currently is a senior at the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs. She is studying psychology with an organizational and strategic communications minor and hopes to become an industrial-organizational psychologist. Bryar is from New London, Wisconsin. He is a student at the University of Colorado Boulder studying chemical physics with a music minor. He hopes to pursue a career in the pharmaceutical industry upon graduation. For his community engagement project, Bryar partnered with Alissa.
